As a board member, she will be independent in relation to the major owners of Doro AB as well as in relation to Doro AB itself. Pending approval by the Annual General Meeting, she will become a member of the Board of Doro AB as of July 2011 as other commitments prevent her from starting before that time.

In recent years, she has, through her position at TAT, gained a unique insight into how mobile telecom devices can be successfully niched by means of user-friendly interfaces. In our view, her successful experience in generating value in the companies where she has worked will support Doro’s continued growth in the area of telecom products for seniors. This will help us further develop Doro’s Care strategy,” says Bo Kastensson, member of Doro’s Nomination Committee and Chairman of the Board.
Others nominated to the Board are Bo Kastensson, Karin Moberg, Jonas Mårtensson and Jérôme Arnaud, all of whom are already members of the Board of Doro AB. Peter Blom, who has been a member of the Board of Doro AB since 2008 has declined re-election.
