Doro appoints Håkan Tjärnemo as CFO. He assumes the role as CFO from 15 May 2013.

Håkan Tjärnemo has until now been CFO of the Swedish technical consultant company Epsilon and has previously had the corresponding position within the listed software company Telelogic.

Håkan Tjärnemo will become a member of Doro Group Management and succeeds Gunnar Modalen who has been interim CFO of Doro since October 2012.
About Håkan Tjärnemo:
Håkan Tjärnemo has been the CFO of the technical consultant company Epsilon between 2009 and 2012. During that time Epsilon grew organically from barely SEK 1 billion to more than SEK 2 billion in sales. In 2012 Epsilon was acquired by ÅF and he was part of the integration process and served as CFO of ÅF Technology – the largest division within ÅF Group.
In the period of 1998 to 2008 he served as CFO of the software company Telelogic. Also in that company growth was good - from about SEK 100 million in sales to about SEK 2 billion, with strong profitability. In 2008, Telelogic was acquired of IBM for SEK 5,2 billion.
